An immersive brand experience at Changi Airport in Singapore.

The Changi Experience Studio is an immersive, interactive exhibition located in the Jewel complex at Changi Airport that invites visitors on a playful journey through the past, present, and future of the airport. Designed as a 3,000 m² multimedia environment with more than 20 interactive touchpoints, it combines projection, games, audiovisual installations, and mixed-reality experiences to reveal how the airport operates and what makes it unique. Visitors explore the space using a handheld interactive device called the “Travel Guide,” which activates content, games, and storytelling elements as they move through different zones, culminating in immersive installations such as the interactive sound environment “Garden of Harmony.” The project functions both as a brand experience and an educational attraction, engaging travelers and locals alike in discovering the stories, technologies, and community behind Changi Airport.
